Plain-Language Summary
This document lays out the rules for browsing and using the Contractor Visibility website. It does not cover the actual services we deliver to agency partners or their end clients; those are addressed in individually signed contracts.
By visiting or using this site, you're agreeing to act responsibly, honor our intellectual property rights, and understand that any descriptions of services, sample pricing, success stories, performance figures, or partnership details found here are shared for general informational purposes only.
None of it should be read as a binding promise or offer.
Introduction
Contractor Visibility ("Contractor Visibility," "we," "us," or "our") delivers white-label SEO, AI visibility optimization, local search marketing, content creation, link-building, digital PR, authority development, and related marketing offerings to agencies that serve home service businesses (together, the "Services").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Contractor Visibility website (the "Site"). Accessing or browsing the Site means you accept these Terms. If you disagree with them, please stop using the Site.
These Terms cover only the Site itself and its content. Any actual services delivered to agency partners, resellers, or their end clients fall under separately executed contracts, service orders, statements of work, or partnership agreements, and are outside the scope of these Terms.
We've tried to keep this document clear and easy to follow. If something doesn't make sense, reach out to us using the details in the Contact Information section below.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you're confirming that:
- You're at least 18 years old (or have reached legal adulthood where you live);
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- You will follow these Terms along with all relevant laws and regulations; and
- If you're representing an agency or company, you have the authority to commit that organization to these Terms.
Wherever "you" or "your" appears, it refers both to the person browsing the Site and to any agency, company, or organization they represent.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. If you keep using the Site after an update takes effect, that counts as accepting the new version.

You must be at least 18 (or the legal adult age in your location) and able to enter into binding agreements in order to use this Site.
If you're accessing the Site on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to represent that entity and bind it to these Terms.
You agree to follow all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using the Site, and you may not use it for anything illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized.
User Accounts
If the Site offers account creation, portal or dashboard access, or reporting logins, you agree to:
- Give us accurate, complete information;
- Protect your login details and keep them private;
- Update your account information as needed;
- Let us know right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
We may suspend, limit, or shut down accounts that break these Terms, put security at risk, or are used improperly.
Acceptable Use
The Site is meant for lawful, legitimate business use only. You agree not to:
- Try to access the Site, its systems, servers, or any accounts without authorization;
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use automated tools like bots, scrapers, or crawlers to pull Site content without our written permission;
- Disrupt how the Site functions, its security, or its performance;
- Send spam, phishing attempts, or deceptive messages through the Site;
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent a business or organization; or
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site, text, graphics, logos, layouts, reports, service descriptions, methods, software, and more, belongs to Contractor Visibility or the parties that license it to us, and it's protected under intellectual property law.
Under these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, one we can revoke, to use the Site for informational purposes and your own internal business needs.
Unless we've clearly said otherwise, you may not:
- Copy, republish, or redistribute anything from the Site;
- Alter Site materials or build derivative works from them;
- Use our logos, trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without our okay; or
- Pass off our content as though it were your own.
Nothing here transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.
Services Provided
Through the Site, we share information about the services Contractor Visibility offers, which may include:
- White-label SEO;
- Local SEO for home service companies;
- AI Visibility and AI-focused off-page SEO;
- Authority building and entity optimization;
- Digital PR and media placement;
- Link-building and outreach;
- Content marketing and publishing;
- Google Business Profile management;

- Other related digital marketing work.
We can change, update, pause, or discontinue any feature or service listed on the Site whenever we choose.
Any service details, deliverables, timelines, case studies, price ranges, performance numbers, or results shown on the Site are for general information only, none of it is a guarantee, commitment, or formal offer.
All actual service delivery is ultimately governed by a separate agreement signed between Contractor Visibility and the Agency Partner.
Important Notice
This Site exists to give general background on our services and partnership options. Nothing here should be taken as a promise of particular search rankings, traffic gains, lead volume, AI visibility outcomes, business growth, or financial returns.
Marketing results depend on many things we don't control, competitors, market shifts, how involved the client is, the quality of their website, and changes to search engine algorithms, among others.
Pricing & Payments
Any prices, package details, service tiers, promotions, or estimates shown on the Site are for general reference only and can change without notice.
Actual pricing, deliverables, payment timelines, and service terms will be spelled out in a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or partnership contract.
Those agreements might cover things like:
- Monthly retainers or project-based fees;
- Setup or onboarding costs;
- Payment timing and due dates;
- Applicable taxes and fees;
- Accepted payment options; and
- What happens if a payment is late or missed.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, payment terms are whatever's been agreed between Contractor Visibility and the Agency Partner.
Refund Policy
Because much of our work involves manual outreach, research, content development, strategy, and campaign execution, payments generally aren't refundable once work has started.
If you think you were billed in error, contact us right away, we'll look into it and decide whether a refund, credit, or other adjustment makes sense.
Beyond that, any refund terms, replacement guarantees, credits, or cancellation policies are governed by whatever specific agreement exists between Contractor Visibility and the Agency Partner.
Third-Party Services
The Site might mention, link to, or connect with outside websites, platforms, tools, publishers, directories, ad networks, analytics providers, or AI systems.
These third parties operate on their own and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Contractor Visibility isn't responsible for and doesn't control:
- Whether third-party services stay available;
- What content or policies those third parties have;
- How securely those providers operate;
- Any outages or interruptions on their end; or
- Any losses that come from using their platforms.
Mentioning or linking to a third party doesn't mean we endorse them, partner with them, or recommend them, unless we say so explicitly.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
As a white-label partner to agencies, Contractor Visibility takes seriously the need to protect client relationships, business details, and proprietary information.
Any confidential material exchanged between us and an Agency Partner, client details, campaign data, strategies, reports, pricing, internal processes, login credentials, business records, and the like, needs to stay confidential and can't be shared with outside parties without written permission.
Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing:
- We won't reach out to your clients directly without your go-ahead.
- We won't share your client details with other agencies or outside parties.
- We'll only use information you share with us to deliver the services we've agreed on.
Both sides agree to take reasonable steps to keep confidential information safe from unauthorized access or leaks.
If a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is in place, it overrides this section.
Limitation of Liability
To whatever extent the law allows, Contractor Visibility isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages tied to your use of the Site or the services it describes.
That includes lost revenue, profits, leads, rankings, traffic, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability connected to the Site is capped at whatever amount, if any, you paid to access the Site during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability in ways the law doesn't allow.
Disclaimer
The Site and everything on it are offered "as is" and "as available."
We aim for accuracy, but we can't promise:
- Particular SEO rankings;
- Specific AI visibility placements;
- Guaranteed lead generation;
- Revenue growth;
- Traffic increases; or
- Any particular business result.
Search engines, AI platforms, and the broader digital marketing landscape shift constantly, and outcomes hinge on factors we don't control.
Suspension & Termination
We can suspend or cut off Site access if we reasonably think these Terms have been broken, or if continued access poses a security, legal, or operational risk.
You're free to stop using the Site whenever you like.
Sections dealing with confidentiality, intellectual property, liability limits, dispute resolution, and anything else meant to outlast termination will remain in force even after access ends.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our services, legal obligations, or industry norms.
Whenever we make a significant change, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and post the new version here.
Continuing to use the Site after that update means you accept the revised Terms.
